Finding non-copyrighted information is vitally important when constructing a final product.  Creative Commons Search allows student to search multiple engines for copyright free images, videos, and audio clips.

 

Google Books

When trying to find the best possible quote, its hard to go wrong with Google Books.  This online database has millions of scanned books that you can search.  It is best when used after having already read a text.

 

Google Advanced Search

When you know specifics about what you want and don't want to wade through a large collection of irrelevant information, Google's Advanced Search is the way to go (it is far more targeted than a regular Google Search).

 

Newslookup.com

When you want to see what is going on in the news across multiple sites, Newslookup is a safe bet.  It repeats streaming articles from top news reporters and the AP wire.
